Bipolar Disorder Psychotherapy in Vancouver
Bipolar Disorder Therapy in Vancouver
Bipolar disorder can affect mood, sleep, relationships, work, school and everyday routines. Therapy can help you better understand your patterns, recognize early warning signs, manage stress, strengthen routines and develop practical strategies for maintaining stability. We also support people adjusting to a new diagnosis or rebuilding confidence and daily life following a significant mood episode.
Psychosis Therapy & Recovery Support
Experiencing psychosis can be frightening and disruptive, both for the person experiencing it and for their family. Therapy can support recovery by helping you understand what happened, manage stress and symptoms, rebuild confidence, return to school or work, strengthen relationships and recognize early signs that additional support may be needed.
Support for Parents, Partners & Loved Ones
Bipolar disorder and psychosis can also have a significant impact on families and relationships. We work with parents, partners and other family members who want to better understand what their loved one is experiencing, improve communication, recognize early warning signs, establish healthy boundaries and support recovery while also looking after their own wellbeing.

OLIVIA REJOUIS, MSW, RSW
I have 10 years of post-graduate experience in the mental health field, with the majority of that time working with young adults with Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and psychosis. I have also been the Social Worker on an acute psychiatric unit, and have assisted hundreds of individuals with a variety of mental health issues navigate the complex mental health system in the community.
I love being faced with a challenge and coming up with creative solutions with an individual or family. In my work with clients, I always endeavor to be non-judgmental and open-minded. My role as a therapist is to ask the questions that you might not have asked yourself, and help you see things from a different perspective. My therapeutic approach includes a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy.
I am registered with the BC College of Social Workers (11361).
Please note I am not currently accepting new patients at this time.
